JOIN US FOR THE LARGEST STUDENT FOOD WASTE GATHERING IN THE COUNTRY!

Why should I attend NFRD?

Last year, over 450 student leaders and professionals from across the food recovery, food justice, policy and environmental spaces  came together at the home of the first FRN chapter, The University of Maryland. The National Food Recovery Dialogue 2017 seeks to engage our diverse student network with the policymakers, organizations, and individuals making a change in the food waste realm. Our goal is simple: to highlight the intersectionality of the food waste realm, learn about the cutting-edge food justice initiatives taking place across the country, and have an amazing time doing it!

Stay tuned for all of the latest developments surrounding using the hashtag #NFRD2017, and we'll keep you updated on speakers, workshops, and special events leading up to the event.

In the meantime, take a look below at some of the highlights from last year's event!
