I recently had the opportunity to join the FRN chapter at University of Maryland on a recovery. This was my very first recovery and how special to participate with FRN's first chapter.
Food Recovery Network’s Board of Directors is excited to announce a momentous occasion within our organization: the 10-year anniversary of Regina Harmon's transformative leadership at Food Rescue Network (FRN). As we celebrate this milestone, we also recognize Regina’s promotion and title change to Chief Executive Officer, a testament to her unwavering commitment and the remarkable growth of our organization under her guidance, tripling our budget in just 10 years.

The movement to end food waste presents an opportunity for us to come together, reflect on our processes and habits, and explore how we can prevent waste while actively contributing to food recovery initiatives
Central Lakes College has made notable strides in local food security initiatives, distributing over 58,000 pounds of surplus food this school year. This August, Central Lakes Community College was one of five community colleges that were awarded FRN grants as part of the organization's inaugural cohort of Community College chapters.
