To stay an official chapter, the following forms are required:
Official Chapter Agreement (OCA): Due 9/30
Once you have completed the OCA, your chapter is eligible for grant funding and can receive a care package to jump-start the year
Leadership Team Changes: Please fill out any time you have a change in the executive board
FRN Connect: This is a platform that official chapters in our network can use to report their food recovery data. Your chapter will be able to log recoveries as before. This can be input after each recovery, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or just once at the end of every semester. The number of times is flexible, but we want to ensure that your hard work is recorded and celebrated!

Mandatory Forms for Official Chapters
All FRN Chapters must sign an Official Chapter Agreement (OCA) each academic year in order for your chapter to be active in our network. All chapters must comply with the Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Food Donation Act as outlined in the OCA.

Other Helpful Tools
Food Recovery Network financially supports Official Chapters in our network, up to $300 per academic year.
Email us at programs@foodrecoverynetwork.org if you have an idea or event that requires more funding for your chapter. If you identify external grant funding for your chapter and need FRN to act as a fiscal sponsor, you must contact FRN National before applying.
Chapter leaders can view their chapter’s funding balance via FRN Connect. Log in to your account and go to your Chapter Leader Workspace. Here you can see which funding expires at the end of this academic year and which will not expire until a future year.
If your chapter has been inactive for 3 years, funding will be reintroduced into the general funding pool for all chapters.
